The shipping took forever and was frustrating. I’m not sure what happened, but it almost felt like my order was just sitting somewhere for days before it actually moved

Ordered the wrong size by mistake and had to send them back. Return steps were easy to follow, and got a quick reply when I messaged about swapping them.

New pair showed up a few days later and fit well. Was expecting the whole thing to be a hassle, but went really smooth.

I ordered a pair from shoefreaks.ca and the shipping cost was reasonable, like actually reasonable. I was expecting some random extra fee to pop up at checkout, but there wasn’t one, which was nice. The shoes showed up fine too, so yeah, happy with the whole thing.

The shoes were okay overall, and maybe I’m just being picky because I’m trying to spend less lately, but the price felt a bit high for the quality. I didn’t hate them, I just expected a little more for what I paid.

There was not much choice for me, honestly. The selection felt limited, so I did not really find many options that worked.

There were a lot of styles to choose from, so it took me a while to narrow it down. From the overall vibe, I figured they’d have a few pairs that matched my taste, and I ended up finding a couple I really liked.

The shoes showed up just as I ordered them, and everything was right. No wrong size or mix-up, which is always nice since that kind of thing feels totally preventable. Overall, no complaints

I’ll give credit where it’s due, the refund process was quick and easy. I got my money back fast, and everything went more smoothly than I expected.

Shoefreaks.ca had some really nice shoes, and I actually found a couple pairs I liked, but unfortunately a few of the sizes I wanted were already out of stock. The site was easy to use, so no real complaints there, but I do kind of regret getting my hopes up before seeing what was actually available. Not a bad shop overall, I just wish they kept the stock info updated a bit better...

I don’t know, maybe it was just me, but the website was frustrating to use. Pages were loading so slowly, and then trying to find the right size felt way more annoying than it should’ve. I just wanted to get in, pick what I needed, and check out, but it ended up taking longer than expected

I ordered a pair from Shoe Freaks the quality was better than I expected. The shoes feel sturdy, the stitching is clean, and after wearing them a few times they’ve been comfortable. I did feel a little pressured to finally place the order because I’d been going back and forth on it, but I’m glad they turned out well.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the box showed up a bit beat up, which made me nervous at first. Thankfully the shoes themselves were fine. Overall I’m happy with them and I’d probably buy from them again...

I wasn’t totally sure about the sizing, and I figured it was better to ask than end up ordering the wrong thing. Customer service got back to me really quickly and was super nice about it, which made me feel a lot better. It made the whole ordering process way easier.

I ordered my usual size from shoefreaks.ca, the same size I wear in pretty much everything—running shoes, casual sneakers, boots, even my gym shoes, but these felt way tighter than expected. I even checked the size chart before ordering, which is why it was extra frustrating. The shipping part was totally fine, no issues there, but the fit just seemed off, like narrower in the toes, snug around the sides, and not comfortable right out of the box. Now I have to go through the return process, which is always a hassle. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great either.
